Age levels: middle school and high school

How do Sunday School and Scripture relate to the lives of middle school and high school students today? Start each week with a great discussion that connects current events to the Sunday School lesson. Help your students see how God’s Word truly is relevant in their daily lives and explore the five w’s of Scripture—who, what, where, when, and why.

How it works:

  1. Choose your students’ age level.
  2. Select the w5 title for the appropriate date.
  3. Print off your w5 and make copies.
  4. Enjoy the discussion with your students!

w5 openings connect to the lessons in our school-year Sunday School curricula. We are taking a break for the summer. Visit us again on August 23rd for a new w5 opening for use on the first Sunday in September.

Below are two samples of w5 openings provided during May 2013.
